TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join a busy Emergency Department in eastern North Carolina. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation, a manageable shift structure, strong specialty support, and the ability to practice in a community-focused environment with access to advanced resources.

Schedule & Coverage
Minimum Shifts: 12–14 shifts per month
Shift Options:
9:00 AM–9:00 PM
12:00 PM–12:00 AM

Practice Environment
Emergency Department Size: 22 beds
Average Daily Volume: Approximately 90–100 patients

Coverage & Support:
24-hour hospitalist coverage
24-hour radiology coverage
Strong air and ground transport support for higher-level care transfers

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Qualifications
Active Physician Assistant license
Emergency Medicine experience required
Strong clinical judgment and ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care
Comfortable working in a high-volume Emergency Department setting
