Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (NP) - Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:
• Provide adult primary care services with 20 patient encounters per day
• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must be licensed in Georgia only
• Board certification required with minimum board certification eligible
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 21 days
• Protocol agreement and paperwork completion required with GCMB
• Submit applications for site location most feasible for commute

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
