Educational Objectives:

At the conclusion of the conference, participants will be able to:

• Discuss evidence based treatment options fo the management of critically ill or injured patients relative to the knowledge and expertise of each of the inter-professional team members
• Identify collaborative behaviors necessary for the e ective implementation of appropriate treatment options for a range of emergency medical conditions
• Employ skills to foster inter-professional team work and team-based, collaborative care for patients with a range of emergency medical conditions.

• This activity will be designed for EMTs, Paramedics, other first responders as well as physicians, PAs, NPs, nurses, and other members of the health care team.
